[Feature Update] 🌟 New Integrations Hub + Improved Invite Emails

Last month, we announced 9 new native integrations as part of our ongoing efforts to build automated referral systems that run in the background. We also stressed the importance of a friend reward.

This month, we're bringing it together. Integrations get a new home, and the Invite Emails get a makeover (including new reward callouts).

• New Invite Email - live email preview, reward callouts, and more control over your email design and content

Both updates are live in your account. Your email settings and wording carried over (you'll need to update your configuration to use the new options).

🛠️ Access all integrations from one page

The old Integrations page was a wall of links. It was hard to find what you needed, the new native integrations were hidden, and the experience could be overwhelming.

The new Integrations Hub is much cleaner:

• Search and filter - find the exact integration you need

• More app details - see what each integration does at a glance and click in to learn more

• See what's connected - each app shows its status

• Get help from the page - ask us to set up your integration or request a new one

Each of these integrations is different, but there are a few common use cases:

• Customer Feed - Automatically add new customers to your referral program so they can start sharing. If that customer was referred, then update the referral status to approved.

• Referral Routing - Create a new referral in your CRM as a contact or lead.

• Access Links - Give members one-click access to their portal from your website, app, or emails.

• Build Your Own - Use our API and webhooks to build custom integrations and send real-time events to your systems.

✉️ Send better Invite Emails

The Invite Email is what members get when you invite them to start sharing. The old email worked, but had some quirks. You couldn't see a live preview, the logo sizing was off, and your email body message had to follow a set pattern.

This update makes it easier to create more polished emails. If you've used the new Referral Form, the editor will feel familiar but with some nice additions just for email.

• More control over your email design and content - edit the headline, message, share labels, and footer

• New reward callouts - highlight your rewards directly in the email to make it obvious what everyone gets

• Live preview - see the real email as you type, including a mobile view
