[June 2026] ๐Ÿค˜ 2 Big Summer Features (+ early access invite)

Customer Feeds & Better Notifications

Hey itโ€™s Mica,

If you've been by our website lately, you may have noticed we've sharpened how we talk about Referral Rock. Our vision is to help busy operators build a referral system that runs in the background. A system that does the work on its own and taps you on the shoulder only when something actually needs your attention.

That's what we keep building towards, and this summer we're releasing two new features that get us closer.

  • Customer Feed integrations - connect the tools you already use, so new customers flow into your program on their own

  • Better notification system - see what actually needs your attention and manage your notifications in an interactive inbox

Both features will be available later this summer, and weโ€™re looking for customers interested in early access. Early users get to use the features first and have a say in how they take shape.

Get early access and see the rest of this month's updates below. ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿ‘‡

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Enroll customers as soon as they qualify

Last month, we launched the Customer Import so you could bring new customers into your referral program in one step. Customer Feeds are the next iteration. Instead of importing a list, you connect the tools you already use, and every new customer flows in on their own. No weekly imports, no third-party tools to manage, no developer time.

When a new customer comes in:

  • They're automatically added to your referral program as a preloaded member

  • They receive an invite email (according to your settings) so they can start sharing

  • If they came in as a referral, they are approved automatically, and any associated rewards are triggered (based on your reward rules)

Stripe, QuickBooks, and Zoho CRM will be the first direct Customer Feed integrations (with more on the way).

๐Ÿ”” Know when to act with better notifications

Control the notifications you receive. You no longer need to log in to check on your program or wade through notifications you don't care about.

1) Choose what notifications you see

Turn notifications on/off so you only get the ones that matter, in the app, by email, or both. Set it by program, so everyone on your team sees only what's relevant to them.

2) Get more notification options

We've added the most requested notifications:

  • A reward is waiting to be issued

  • A bulk import finished

  • A member was disabled/blocked

3) Manage your notifications in an inbox

Work through your inbox to see what needs attention: filter by program, archive notifications once reviewed (in bulk or individually), and view a history of all notifications (sorted by date). Keep any notifications unread as reminders of what needs attention.

๐ŸŒŸ Product Updates - New Customer Import, Instant Coupons, and HubSpot Addresses

Three updates this month, each clearing away a small point of friction between you and your customers.

Manage customer flows with a single import

A new customer means two jobs: reward whoever referred them, and invite them to start sharing themselves. The new Customer Import does both from a single upload, and you can run it as often as you like without worrying about creating duplicates. This is the manual version of the customer feed integrations discussed above, which will soon do all of this for you automatically.

Give referred customers their coupon on the spot

When someone fills out your referral form to claim a coupon, they used to wait for an email before they could use it, right when they were most ready to buy. The coupon code now appears on the confirmation screen. Someone claims "15% off," sees their code immediately, and uses it before they close the tab.

Send member addresses straight to HubSpot

Our HubSpot integration already syncs your member data to contact records, and now it carries member addresses too (street, city, region, postal code, and country), mapped to the properties you choose. If you ship rewards or swag, or segment your contacts by location, you can do it right in HubSpot with no exports or custom setup.
