🤝 Increase engagement with Microsoft and Apple IDs

Making it easy to access your program means more people will share your business (bringing in more referrals).

Now 99% of smartphone users can access your program with a single click using their Apple or Microsoft accounts - in addition to existing Facebook, Google, and passwordless email options.

Pro Tip: All these sign-in options are now configurable. So if you didn’t like Google or Facebook as options, you can now turn them off in your program’s settings to suit your preferences.

🔍 Instantly provide help to program members

We built a universal support center that can be used for any program. This support center answers your members' most common questions so they don’t need to ask you.

We’ve also added options for custom links and menus for more tailored support directly from the Member Portal:

  • Custom links to your own resources or guides

  • Contact email for questions needing personal attention

Pro Tip: If you're an existing customer, the universal support center can be enabled in your portal brand settings (on by default for new accounts).

📬 Make sure rewards get delivered to the right place

Members can now update their reward delivery information anytime in their Portal.

No more tracking down addresses - let members handle their own delivery details, ensuring rewards always reach the right destination.

Here’s what members can manage in their Member Portal:

  • Add a mailing address for physical rewards (checks, swag, etc.)

  • Set PayPal or Wise email addresses for digital payments

  • See only relevant fields based on the program’s reward types

  • Update their info instantly for all future rewards

Pro Tip: Use program and reward notifications to remind sharers to verify their delivery information when they earn rewards or add a referral.

📋 Importing your data just got a whole lot easier

No more formatting spreadsheets or fixing errors offline. Our new importer handles everything in one place.

  • Upload your spreadsheet in its current format - no need to rename columns or reorganize data

  • Smart column matching automatically identifies and maps your data to the right fields

  • Cut and paste data directly into the importer

  • Preview your data and fix any errors before finalizing the import

Pro Tip: when importing new members, create a list so you can send them emails and run additional analytics.
