Hey it's Mica,
Last month, we dropped Christmas come early and tried not to bore you with another Year in Review. Personally, I enjoy the ones with fun facts and insights about me like how the Spotify Wrapped is done. I think the "fun for me cause it's personal" factor makes it effective, but I don't think every product can or should try to pull that off.
For our own introspection, we like to look back at the year to remind ourselves of who we serve and what we did for them. So, we created "Referral Rock's Best of 2024 Awards" where our Founder/CEO Josh Ho shares the most popular features and content. If we could rename it without redoing the video, we would have called it "Referral Rock's Customer Choice Awards".
