That’s why we made it easier to report on more of your data with three new data exports (without waiting on us):

• Referral Visits - Track how your program is being shared and how referrals interact with your site

• Member Visits - Analyze how members discover and engage with your program

• Recruiter Data - See how many members and referrals each recruiter works with

Use these exports to further analyze your programs or drop them into your preferred analytics/AI tool to surface new insights.

🔗 Referral Visit Export

A referral visit happens when someone clicks a member's share link and visits your site or referral page.

Use this data to:

• Identify which share methods (email, social, direct link) convert best

• Understand how long a referral spends on your site

• Find friction points in your referral journey

• Spot high-intent visitors to investigate their full visit history

What's included in the export:

• Referral Details - Date, Visitor ID, Referral ID, Email

• Member Attribution (who referred them) - Name, Email, Member ID

• Engagement Metrics - Page Views, Session Length

• Traffic Sources - Source, Medium, Country

🔍 Member Visit Export

A member visit tracks when a member (or potential member) interacts with your referral program, whether logged in or not.

Use this data to:

• Find your most engaged members (even if they haven't converted referrals yet)

• Spot engagement drop-offs and patterns

• Identify which promotion channels drive member activity

• See how members interact over time

What's included in the export:

• Member Details - Date, Visitor ID, Member ID, Email

• Engagement Metrics - # of Views, # of Shares, Visit Type (first-time vs. returning)

• Traffic Source - Source, Medium, Country

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Recruiter Data Export

Recruiters are team members (sales reps, customer service, field reps, etc.) who help grow your referral program by signing up new members during 1-on-1 interactions.

Use this data to:

• Identify top-performing recruiters and understand what they're doing differently

• Spot inactive team members who need coaching or reminders

• Build incentive programs based on actual performance
