CRM Updates and Member Portal 2.0 Early Access Sign-Up

Get on the early access list for our new member experience!

We hope you are ready because this month’s product update is a big one! We’ve got plenty to discuss, including a new referral add integration with Salesforce and HubSpot, updates to CRM referral matching logic, and an improved CRM management experience.

Plus, we’ve put together an exciting Member Portal 2.0 teaser video and a way to sign up to get early access. So let’s jump in!

Salesforce and HubSpot updates

Integrating your Salesforce or HubSpot accounts from inside Referral Rock makes it super easy to keep up with your referrals. We’ve doubled down on these integrations and made them better than ever!

Note: The Salesforce and HubSpot CRM integrations are available only on select plans.

Referral Add to CRM

The first major addition that we have made to our CRM offerings is the ability to directly add referrals from Referral Rock to Salesforce or HubSpot.

This is great news for anyone who is using our referral form to collect referrals. Previously, you would need to use a service like Zapier or manually add your referrals in order to place them into your CRM – but not anymore!

Our Referral Add feature is easy to setup and includes built-in duplicate detection, to ensure that your new leads (SF) or contacts (HS) aren’t already in your system.

Improved referral matching gogic

We’ve updated the setup wizard and improved our referral matching logic. Now, because of the ability to directly add referrals into Salesforce or HubSpot ourselves, matching a referral is even easier.

When placing a referral into your CRM, as a new lead or contact, we automatically include their referral ID number as well as a note in the note field. This not only helps us match referrals for future status updates, but also helps your team track which leads came directly from your referral program.

In Salesforce, we have also added a primary contact logic option to your referral updates. This means that if you set a contact as the primary contact on an account or an opportunity (in Salesforce), we can take that logic into consideration when making updates inside of Referral Rock.

This is especially useful in situations where you may have multiple emails associated with an opportunity or account, but only one contact that counts toward the referral update.

You have the ability to decipher between, “Only look at the primary contact when updating referrals,” “Look at all contacts directly related,” or “Look at all contact, regardless of if they are directly or indirectly related.”

New and improved in-product experience

With all of the exciting additions and improvements to our CRM integrations, it was time for a little face lift to the integration experience in Referral Rock.

Now, when visiting the Integrations Page inside of the platform, all of your Salesforce or HubSpot referral add and update integrations, along with their settings are housed under one roof.

These new CRM Dashboards make it simple to update your configurations and manage your sales entries.

And speaking of sales entries, you will also notice an improved experience when reviewing entries on your Sales Entries Page. Entries are now easier to read and manage.

Plus, notifications of new sales entries will now appear on your Home Dashboard as a “Program Action” that needs to be reviewed (if the review process rule is set to “Yes”).
