[Feature Update] 🌟 One-Off Rewards & Enhanced Reward Profile [+ More]

Hey it’s Mica,

Nothing kills referral program momentum faster than the awkward conversation that starts with "Hey, I referred three people last month, but I never got my reward ..."

Someone recommended your business (at least partly because of the rewards you offer), and now it’s your turn to follow through, but sometimes it’s easier said than done.

This month, we released 2 major reward updates + a few minor ones (details below) to give you more control of your rewards:

• Reward anyone faster (even if not part of your referral program) - add/issue rewards to anyone with a single click (new quick action item)

• View reward details where you need them - reward profiles show all the reward details, history, status, and activity in one clean view (accessible from anywhere in the platform on any device)

• Minor updates - reward history, bulk coupon deletion, configurable reward views

We believe rewards are the backbone of every successful referral program. If issuing rewards is painful, it’s difficult for you to fulfill the promise you made to the people joining your program

⚡ Give One-Off Rewards Faster

Not all rewards are planned or accounted for in the reward rules. Our new Quick Action helps create and issue rewards faster (even if they’re not part of your referral program).

Many customers use Referral Rock to send digital rewards (gift cards, PayPal, coupons, etc.) far beyond their referral programs.

• Recognize standout employees (bonus or contest winner)

• Thank customers (testimonial, contest, bonus)

• Feedback survey response

• One-off program rewards

• Additional program rewards

• Any other reason you have for sending rewards

🔍 View Reward Profiles Anywhere

Click on any reward and see everything in one clean view that opens right where you are - no page redirects or switching between multiple screens (matches the member/referral management features from our biggest UX update in February).

• Information at a Glance - all reward details, status, recipient info, and related activity in one view

• Quick Actions - issue reward, update details, and manage rewards directly

• Mobile-Optimized - reward views automatically adjust to your screen size, making it easy to manage from any device

Allows customers to review reward details before issuing or investigate what’s happening with a reward if it doesn’t get delivered.

🧾 Explore Detailed Reward History

No more guessing games when asked about the status of a reward. Now you can see exactly what happened with every payout attempt.

This month, we’ve added more “rollback” details for failed payments:

• Rollback Date - when the rollback happened

• Rollback Note - reason for the rollback

• Rollback Amount - amount returned

The complete reward transaction history can be found in the Reward Profile and accessed via API/Webhooks/Zapier (see below).

Next month, you'll see a complete timeline of every payment attempt (failed payments, retries, and successful deliveries) so you can spot patterns and prevent issues.

🗑️ Delete Coupons in Bulk

Now you can delete all unused coupon codes at once. This makes it much easier to replace old codes. Here’s how it works:

1. Click a button → Delete unused coupons

2. Upload new coupons

⚙️ Configure Reward Views (revisited)

February's UI/UX release included reward list customization that's worth revisiting as part of our reward management features.

No more static views or limited filtering. Now you can configure all your reward data from a single view.

• Adjustable Columns - hide/show columns, set column width/order/density, pin to left/right, sort display order

• Advanced Filtering - filter on more fields, combine filters with and/or logic, quick filter options

• Exportable Data - use filters and columns to select the data you want then export it directly to a CSV file
